| Description | I have been given the iPhone 6 as a present under the condition that I take great care of it. I am a little bit of an Apple fan however I especially like the iPhone 6. I'm a student and use it to record lectures and practically depend on it. The obvious thing I had to get was a good case so I searched Amazon.co.uk and came up with one from Boom called 'Shock-2'. Amazon is cool for their speedy delivery and it's typically pretty free of hassle with an order. Anyways the case was really excellent and since I've been using it for a few weeks now I believed I'd publish my comments. PROTECTION: It is truly solid and safeguards the phone well. Actually I feel like I'm less most likely to drop the phone because of grip. The corners have some additional air cushioning and there is a little lip on the front so when I put it down on my desk the screen does not in fact come in contact with the surface and I would assume this would help if I dropped it on its face. Great touch. SIZE: It is still good and slim so if you are fretting about getting into tank territory like some other cases then you need not at all. If you work on a building site this might not be for you however for basic use this is the best balance between a slim case and protecting my phone from myself! As iPhones hold such a fantastic pre-owned value it's worth getting a good case so you can resell it like I did with my iPhone 5S! STAND: I didn't purchase the case for the stand but it is really useful. I watch a great deal of lectures and videos on my phone while I work and it is perfect to have it beside me using the stand while I am keying on my laptop computer. When I am travelling and do not have my laptop I also view movies on it and the stand is truly practical. GRIP: Let's be straight the grip on the majority of phones nowadays is dreadful. Most likely one of the best things about this case is how they have actually sorted that problem to the max. The back has a rubbery texture and grid pattern like a tyre and there are 'anti-slip' panels on the side too. More grip. Less drops! If you have an iPhone 6 I would certainly suggest the Boom Shock-2. I purchased it on Amazon.co.uk and it was definitely less expensive than elsewhere.
