| Description | Previously I used blunt objects around the kitchen like pans to tenderize my meat. My old wooden meat mallet just couldn't finish the same job so I made the best using what I had. It also was not dishwasher safe so I could never get it fully cleaned. Now I am excited that i have a Cave Tools meat tenderizer because it is constructed from stainless steel and it is actually dishwasher safe. The mallet is perfectly weighted so that it doesn't feel too heavy in my hand when I am using it. The silicone handle does a great job as well. Lately I've been using it to make delightful recipes like country fried steak. Without this meat mallet I never would've attempted creating a meal like this..
