Checkered Chef French Style Stainless Steel Rolling Pin - Roll Like A Professional!

Team info
DescriptionLately I\'ve started to really get into baking. I\'m happy to bake anything - cupcakes, brownies, cookies and even pastries. It\'s become quite therapeutic - a nice, relaxing hobby with an end product my family can enjoy. The more I bake, the more I realise how much better it is when you have all the right tools and equipment.

Take my rolling pin for example. I had always had an old wooden rolling pin. It was alright. I never really thought about it until the other day when I watched my friend using her stainless steel rolling pin. Be taught new info on Check this Rolling Pin product out at Amazon now by browsing our witty article directory. I\'d never even heard of such a thing, although it seems the obvious choice to me now. You see, stainless steel is the perfect material to use to create a rolling pin. It\'s perfectly smooth, relatively non-stick, non-porous, can be chilled (which is ideal for pastry) and is dishwasher safe! Seems obvious when you think about it!

I know we\'re not meant to yearn for our neighbors things, but I really wanted to have a go! My friend was making some cookies so she passed the pin over to me so I could have a go. There were a lot of things I loved about it but, if I\'m totally honest, I was a little surprised at how heavy her pin was, I felt it was kind of squashing the dough. And, I nearly hit the floor when she told me how much it had cost her! But, it felt lovely and cool and so smooth to touch, and, when she put it in the dishwasher, I just knew I had to have one!

So, I did what I always do when I\'m looking to buy something - logged straight onto Amazon.com! There really isn\'t an easier way to shop! No more traipsing through malls looking for what I want, a few taps on the keyboard and a huge selection is right there for me to choose from, and, with my Amazon Prime account, delivery is free! As usual Amazon did not disappoint - there were numerous stainless steel rolling pins to select from. Luckily, I knew what I wanted. Having used my friend\'s rolling pin, I knew I wanted something lighter, and significantly less expensive! I wanted all of the benefits of stainless steel without any of the draw backs - maybe I was asking for too much?

Not when you\'re a savvy Amazon shopper like me! I discovered the perfect rolling pin! OK so I had to compromise a little bit - at least I thought I did, but what I first thought was a compromise has now turned into being 1 of my favorite features! You see, my new rolling pin has no handles. At first I thought having no handles would be weird and, I\'ll admit it, it took a little bit of getting used to. But now, I won\'t ever go back to a rolling pin with handles. The rod style actually gives you better control over the size, shape and thickness of your dough. And, having no handles effectively gives you a longer rolling pin so you can roll dough a lot wider. My new rolling pin is also nice and light and a generous 15 ¾ inches long. It gets used almost daily in my baking and washes up perfectly every time (yes, in the dishwasher!). I store it in the freezer which means it is always icy cold and ready to roll. The cold rolling pin has resulted in the fluffiest home made pastry I have ever managed to create. It\'s fair to say that I am extremely happy with my new rolling pin. If you haven\'t had the pleasure of trying a stainless steel rolling pin then get yourself one today and let me know what you think! You\'ll love it - I promise!.
